There’s something nostalgic & cozy about Autumnal décor & that’s the reason why it’s my favorite season to style my home! Target has affordable Fall home décor that is just what I need to transition to the new season & add warmth to my home. From the cutest pumpkins to warm throws & pillows, to the prettiest Fall foliage & decor, I had so much fun shopping at Target to update my home. #AD

My favorite area that I styled for Fall is the shelves in my built-ins & I did it all with affordable fall updates from Target.

Have a hard time styling your shelves? Here are some easy ways to update shelves in your home to achieve the perfect Fall look:

+ Alternate the amount of items on your shelves to make it feel organic & homey.

Example: shelf one: one large item, shelf two: three medium items, shelf three: one large decor piece, one medium decor piece, a candle.

+ Choose a color palette: I usually like to stay in a neutral color palette & add warmth in the Fall with woven textures, brown details & brass details.

+ Add some florals or greenery for texture: I added the cutest fall arrangement from Target that already came in the prettiest wood planter!

+ Use different textures: I incorporated woven pumpkins, ceramic pumpkins & linen pumpkins. There’s also wood, stone, & basket textures.

+ Most importantly, HAVE FUN!
