Hi Friends!
I was so excited to do a playhouse for my kids after our last one got ruined (thanks to this lovely Miami humidity). This time we decided it was best to get a plastic house so that it would’t rot like our previous one. I also wanted to replicate the colors of our current house because it would be so cute to have a mini version, am I right?
We found our Little Tikes playhouse at Target but it is currently out of stock BUT i found it on Amazons website for even cheaper! Guy’s can you believe it was neon pink?! (This playhouse does come in other colors but since we wanted a black roof & door it was less work to purchase this one.)
To paint the neon house white, we use A LOT of white spray paint. I want to say about 8 bottles? The one we linked is special to use on plastics.
We also painted the side french windows with black spray paint.
I wanted to add a cute light on the top of the little house & found this super cute affordable one at Home Depot that we decided to spray paint gold. It was under 30$!
We painted to light fixture & the mailbox with gold spray paint.
Lastly, I added the custom doormat we had purchased for our new house that I recently swapped out. I also added my daughters cute Hunter boots, a mini wreath & a watering can with faux pink peonies that I found on Amazon. Linking everything below :)!
